Japanese Cherry Blossoms!

Hello everyone
and
happy Sunday to you!
Today I would like to share a card with you
I made for a friends Birthday.
I named it "Japanese Cherry Blossom"
because the stamp and paper somehow
reminded me of Cherry Blossoms
but I let you judge for yourself.
Just three colors pink, white and brown.
Crocheted  Mollie flowers.
The flowers are very easy to make and look a bit
like cherry blossoms.
The stamp from Hampton Art gives the card a Asian flair.
The little pink and white border was cut with Anna Griffin's Cricut cartridge
"Ann's Flourish Cards and Embellishments".
I hope you like my
"Japanese Cherry Blossom"
Birthday card?

Thanks for stopping by
and leaving a kind commend
they mean a lot to me!

Have you ever...

... laid eyes on a stamp
and you know right then and there
what card to make
and most of all
for whom the card was meant to be?
Hello everyone
and
yes it happened to me.
On a little shopping trip
I came across this adorable stamp from
Art Impressions called "Quilt Sisters",
and I know right away I needed to have it
and for whom I was making the card!
Sadly I'm not a quilter but I'm very fortunate to know one.
She is not just my sweet co-worker
but I'm also very lucky to call her friend!
It felt like karma finding the stamp just a few days before her Birthday.
I made the card with lots of "Pink"
because that's her favorite color.
 One of my crocheted flowers.
Love the sentiment, I couldn't said it any better!
Found the little sewing accessories in the jewelry/bead aisle
at Michaels.
It's actually a pendant but it worked
and looked adorable on the card.
Well I hate to brag but she absolutely LOVED the card!
I'm happy to, it couldn't worked out any better
from the perfect stamp to a pretty card for a
fabulous sweet friend!
How lucky!

Thank you so much for stopping by
and looking around!
I hope you have a wonderful
and creative week!
