Blooming Birthday!

Hello
and
Happy Sunday to all of you!
It's been a busy month in the stamp-room,
with lot's of birthdays coming up in the month of February in our family
and not to forget Valentines Day.
So I been  trying to catch every opportunity I can get to sneak in
to my little creative space to get a bit of work done.
Here is one of my February Birthday cards
"Blooming Birthday".
Back panel was dry embossed with  Cricut Cuttlebug embossing folder "Anna Griffin--Poppy",
Doily is Spellbinders "Special Day Fame" set S5-374 and the beautiful gold foil frame
was cut with Spellbinders "Tiara Rondelle" die S5-342.
Sentiment and leaves were cut with Spellbinders Small Die of the Month
 "Warm Wishes" DOM-DEC18.
White spring leaves were cut with Spellbinders Small Die of the Month August DOM-AUG18.
I decided to use store bought flowers on the card,
I hate to admit but it was so much easier then making them myself:)
A little bit of spring on this cold winter day and
I'm hoping it will warm the recipients heart just a little bit!
Hope you liked what you seen
and come back often!
Thanks for stopping by!

Many Thanks!

Hello
and
A very Happy New Year to all of you!
I hope everyone had a good start to the new year,
we sure did and I'm glad 2018 is over and truly hoping
2019 will be a better year for us.
For the first time I did not make any big life changing New Years resolutions.
I think my motto for this year will be to just go with the flow,
to appreciate the beauty around me, live life to the fullest,
to be humble and kind and as my favorite Country singer says it
so nicely to just "Get Along"!
Well maybe I did make a new years resolution!?!?
Anyway,
with a few extra days off during the Holiday season I got busy
in the stamp room making thank you cards for all the
beautiful and kind gifts I received for Christmas.
"Many Thanks"
carries over some elements of  the Christmas card I made.

Poinsettia was cut with the Spellbinders die
"Cinch and Go Poinsettia" S4-960
and the leaves are a Tim Holtz die
"Holiday Greens" 658759.
The background panel was dry embossed with the Cuttlebug folder "Thanks",
the little white doily was cut with the Spellbinders die set called
"Special Day Frames" S5-374
and the gold foil sentiment was cut with the
Spellbinders Small Die of the Month December
called "Warm Wishes" DOM-DEC18.
"Many Thanks"
and many thanks to all of you for visiting my
little humble blog,
the kind and encouraging comments and messages.
Thanks for hanging with me through all these years,
the ups and downs,
it means the world to me
and I truly appreciate each and everyone of you
more then I can tell!
Wishing all of you a beautiful, prosperous
and creative new year!
Thanks for everything!
