Just a bit more Green!

Hello and
happy first week of Spring to you!
HURRAH we actually made it!
SPRING!
You can feel the change in the air,
a little hint of green on the Willow tree,
spring flowers blooming and
a few warm enough days you can open the windows.
I can't wait to spend more hours outside and
start planting.
Already,  pansies and cold crop are for sale
and I'm having a hart time not to buy,
but more snow in the forecast for next week!!!
Passions, it can't last forever!

You have to excuse me,
I'm a little late on this post.
St. Patrick's Day milk carton treat containers.
The milk carton is a Stampin'Up! die.
Shamrock a punch from Martha Stewart.
 "Pinch Proof" stamp from Stampin'Up!
All other stamps are from "Studio g".
I filled the milk cartons with Hershey Gold Nuggets
for a sweet St. Patrick's Day treat.
One more GREEN thing before I let you go.
Spring also means the beginning of
Baseball season for us.
Greenwave Baseball that is!
Our first week of games is off to a great start.
Our youngest is playing Junior Varsity and
Varsity this year.
Guess I will be living on a bleacher for a few month,
YAY lucky me!
So proud!
Thanks for stopping in,
hope you have a great week
and maybe you will be catching a game or two!

A little bit of GREEN!

Hello everyone
and a wonderful Sunday to you!
The sun is out, the snow is melting
and the windows are open to
let some fresh air in.
My husband dusted off the grill and
we had our first BBQ of the year.
Yes, maybe the winter who won't end
is finally on the way out of here.
Since the weather was so nice I decided
to take the pictures for this post outside.
I know it's a bit early but here is my
St. Patrick's Day card.
This is a no stamp card,
very fast and easy to do.
Punched four leave clover for good luck and
rhinestones for bling.
I found the pattern for the shamrock on Pinterest.
The antique doily is a die cut from QuicKutz.
May the luck of the Irish be with you all year!
Happy St. Patrick's Day to you all!!!

A bit more green, this one from mother nature!
Our first Snowdrops.
Thanks for stopping by!
Wishing you a wonderful start to the workweek!

Enjoy the Journey!

Hello
and happy Sunday to you all!
Sorry for posting so late,
but the weekend was absolutely fantastic.
The sun came out and with
temperatures in the 60,
a little spring teaser,
I just couldn't resist to go outside and
play in the yard.
Well not really playing but actually
hard labor,
picking up sticks and branches from
our last ice storm
and cleaning out the flower beds a little.
I hate to say it but it felt good!
So tired of ice, snow and
cold temperatures,
COME ON SPRING!!!

The only good thing about cold weather,
I have more time to make cards.
This is the card I made for my Dad's
Birthday in March!

Just a little washer I tide to the poster.

The "Railroad Poster" is a Stampendous stamp,
tickets and sentiment are from the Tim Holtz
stamp set "The Journey",
train and hand are from Hero Art
"Past Time".

Thanks for stopping by,
hope you enjoyed looking around!
Have a great week everyone!

Love is in the Air...

 ... it sure is!!!
Hello everyone!
Getting ready for the sweetest day of the year
"Valentine's Day".
Here is the card I made for family
and friends this year.
Sentiments are stamped with the
Recollections stamp set "Valentine".
Cupid is a die and hearts are punches.
The wings are from the
Cricut cartridge "Indie Art".

And here is the matching little
treat bag for the card.
Filled with lots and lots of
CHOCOLATE!
Hope you all have the sweetest
Valentine's Day ever!!!

Well, not just Love is in the air,
but also ice and snow.
This is what we been looking at the
last few weeks.

When the sun comes out it is the most
breathtaking sight I ever seen.
It feels like you are surrounded by sparkling crystals.

This is the few from my stamp-room window.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
From snowy and cold Kentucky,
wishing you all a great week
and
a heart warming
Happy Valentine's Day!

"Grow your BLOG" party!

Hello everyone
and
WELCOME
to
2 Bags Full
and my humble Blog!
Before I get to myself and what I do
I would like to thank Vicky at
for sponsoring this wonderful event.

I started "My Paper Daisy" in 2010 to share
all the little things I love to do and create.
The blog is a  little bit of everything but mostly my
love, or you could say,
my addiction to
stamping and card making!!!
Blogging sure has been an adventure
and opened a whole new world to me.
Over the last few years I met so many wonderful like minded
creative people who kept me inspired with
their great ideas and most of all there incredible talent!

Before I take off and join the party
I would like to share some of my favorite cards with you.

Thank you so much for taking the time and stopping by!
I hope you like what you see and come back often!
Happy Blog Hopping!!!

Tea Cup Inspiration!

Good Monday to you all!
Today I would like to share a
"Tea Cup" inspired
card with you.
This little tea-cup beauty sits on a shelf in my stamp-room,
love the sweet little purple pansies on it,
a reminder of spring,
when our backyard turns into a purple paradise!
The background panel is stamped with flowers from
the Stampers Anonymous set "Heartfelt" and
dry embossed with musical notes.
I used a wire ribbon for the bow.
The little panel was stamped with a
Hampton Art stamp.
Tiny purple flowers and rhinestones to add
color and sparkle.

I hope you enjoyed looking at my little tea-cup inspired card!
Can't wait for spring to get here
but it looks like it has to wait a bit longer
more snow and extremely cold temperatures
on the way for this area! Brrrr...
Hope you all have a great week
and maybe I will see you all back here next week
when I will be joining Viki Boster at
2 Bags Full

Thanks for stopping in!!!
